This tour offers an insightful experience, by our very educated tour guides, about the history of Portland's expansion, particularly about Emanuel Hospital and Memorial Coliseum. While this tour includes walking and driving most conversations will take place at the Urban League of Portland, a cornerstone of the African American community in Portland.
